We are pleased to announce our next webinar on 16 January 2024 at 530pm on the Private Law Reform ‘Pathfinder’ pilot.
This pilot, an investigative and problem-solving approach to private law proceedings, is currently being trialled in courts in North Wales and Dorset.
We are delighted that Her Honour Judge Gaynor Lloyd, Designated Family Judge for North Wales Anna Sinclair Head of Private Law Reform, Cafcass Cymru, and District Judge Hynes, Caernarfon Justice Centre have agreed to speak, and that Mrs Justice Morgan Family Presiding Judge for Wales, will chair the event .
This webinar is important to any practitioner working in the field of children law. The reported success of the pilot indicates a wider roll out and it will be important to understand the workings of the scheme well in advance- do not get left behind!
